If you tell someone who has never tasted chocolate that dark chocolate is bitter and white chocolate is sweet, they are likely to think you are being pretentious, for example: 'How can it be more bitter than coffee, or sweeter than white sugar?' However, I just want to share my feelings about different types of chocolate, not be criticized. I have a clear understanding of what chocolate tastes like. It's like realizing that I can't tell the difference between still water and tap water, and every time I order water at a restaurant, I listen to others. The worst thing is to see one's own shortcomings and deceive oneself, turning a blind eye.
